Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders within Australia only.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Express Shipping: Express delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Local Pickup: Local pickup is available in Charters Towers, QLD. Select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready for collection.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard: 2–7 business days (Australia-wide)
- Express: 1–3 business days (Australia-wide)

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless faulty.
