Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Chavli Designs purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

  • Email us at chavlidesignss@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll respond within 48 hours with next steps and a return address.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item (for size, colour, or another product), please contact us at chavlidesignss@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
